| Youzhi Bi |
 Youzhi Bi (b. 1995, China) received her Master's degree from the Jewellery Design, Gold & Silversmithing department at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Antwerp. She previously earned a Bachelor's degree from Sheffield Hallam University in 2016. For Youzhi, one of the most thrilling moments in her artistic process is facing a blank sheet of paper, poised for transformation. With a keen eye for precision, she meticulously controls the lines of her drawings, striving for sharpness and accuracy. Yet, she embraces the inevitability of imperfection, understanding that no paper can remain unmarked and no drawing can be flawless. She believes that what might be perceived as a mistake often becomes the very element that imbues a drawing with its unique and personal character. This philosophy seamlessly transitions into her jewellery work, where she elegantly demonstrates that beauty and value lie not in static perfection but in the dynamic, evolving narrative of interaction and wear. Each piece she creates becomes a unique and deeply personal statement.
